What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, business details, and the preferences you set at onboarding (tone, sign-off, veto contacts). If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. To do the work, we access the public reviews on your Google Business Profile through the manager access you grant.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the service: drafting and posting review replies, flagging sensitive reviews for your veto, sending your monthly report, and handling billing and support. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your data to market other businesses to you.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service: Stripe for payments, our email provider for correspondence, and our hosting provider for this website. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We share nothing else with anyone unless the law requires it.
Retention and removal
We keep your account information for as long as you are a customer. If you cancel, you can remove our manager access in one click, and you can ask us to delete your account records at any time by emailing us. Replies already posted to your profile belong to you and stay in place.
